One of the happiest days of my life. I havent felt so happy in a long time. I just cant stop smiling.

4) T1 relay race with yan jin was a blast. :) cant wait for the next showdown
5) was almost on par for time trial
The second part of training today was all fun and play, it was a once in a life time opportunity.
